We send all our national orders with SEUR with a 24/48/72 working hour courier service with SEUR , the company collects the packages at our warehouse at 12:00, so if you place the order after 10:00 it will be sent the next day.
If you need to know at any time where your package is, the transport company will send you an SMS and an email so that you can track your order. Shipments to Europe are made through INPOST .

The agency makes two attempts to deliver to the address . If it is not possible to deliver by hand, a PickUp point will be assigned .
In the event that a package is returned UNDELIVERED , a charge of €8 will be applied. This includes the cost of return shipping to our warehouse and the cost of reshipping. A free shipping coupon will then be sent to offset the cost on a new order.
In the event of cancellation of the order once it has been returned, the shipping cost (€3.99) will be deducted from the amount.
In the event that a package is returned UNDELIVERED in the Balearic Islands or Portugal, the procedure will be the same using the shipping price as a basis.
At Fundación Cudeca we always try to keep stock information up to date, so if a product is out of stock, we will normally notify you before confirming the order. If for any reason such prior notification is not possible, we undertake to communicate this as soon as possible.
Given this eventuality, the client will have the right to cancel the order in whole or in part, and to receive a refund of the corresponding amount.
