Returns

We know that buying a garment without trying it on first is not easy, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you. 

Tips to avoid having to return products: 

At Joan by Fundación Cudeca you can buy very different brands and this means that both the sizes and the products are different. That is why we are going to give you three tips so that you do not get any surprises. 

  • Look carefully at the description and photos. 
  • Learn to identify your size with our Size Guide . 
  • Take a look at the Status section to find out the status of the product. 

Standard return: 

If any garment is not what you expected, you must send it to us in such a way that it reaches us within 14 calendar days from when you received the order. 

As soon as we receive it, we will examine it and return the money to your bank account. 

Return conditions: 

Before making a return shipment, write to us so that we can manage it better, preferably through Instagram or through the email shoponline@cudeca.org and we will answer you as soon as possible. If a package appears unannounced at the door, we will not be able to refund your money. 

For the return to be valid, we must receive the package within 14 calendar days from when the order arrived and the garment must be in the condition in which you received it. 

Return process: 

  1. Notify us of the return via Instagram or via email shoponline@cudeca.org
  2. Send it by mail to the address: JOAN Vintage Charity Shop by Fundación Cudeca, Calle Salvago, 3, 29005 Málaga
  3. For the return to be valid, the product must come protected in the same type of outer packaging in which you received it. If the package is not wrapped or the box arrives wrapped in adhesive tape, an extra charge of €2 will be applied. 
  4. IMPORTANT: Put a piece of paper inside the package where it reads:
    • The name with which you placed the order and order number.
    • The Instagram username or email with which you contacted us.
    • The payment method you used.
    • If you would like to receive the refund in your account or in a voucher with a discount of €2 for your next purchase. 

    If we receive a package without the last point, the return will stop until you contact us. 

    Order cancellation: 

    Once the order is confirmed, we have already started processing it. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel, add or remove items from your purchase once the process has been completed. However, you can return unwanted items as long as you meet the return deadlines.
