We know that buying a garment without trying it on first is not easy, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
Tips to avoid having to return products:
At Joan by Fundación Cudeca you can buy very different brands and this means that both the sizes and the products are different. That is why we are going to give you three tips so that you do not get any surprises.
- Please look carefully at the description and photographs.
- Learn to identify your size with our Size Guide .
- Check the Status section to see the current condition of your product.
Standard return:
If any item is not what you expected, you must send it back to us in such a way that it reaches us within 14 calendar days from when you received the order.
As soon as we receive it, we will examine it and return the money to your bank account.
Return conditions:
Before making a return shipment, please write to us at shoponline@cudeca.org and we will respond as soon as possible. If a package appears at your door without notification, we will not be able to refund your money.
For the return to be valid, we must receive the package within 14 calendar days from when you received the order and the item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
Home delivery return process:
- Please notify us of the return via Instagram or by email at shoponline@cudeca.org
- Send it with the parcel agency of your choice to the address: Av. de José Ortega y Gasset, 246a, 29006 Málaga Att: online store.
- IMPORTANT: Place the delivery note that we gave you with your order inside the package, indicating the items you want to return.
- Until the package reaches our offices it is under your responsibility.
If we receive a package without the last point, the return will be stopped until you contact us.
Order cancellation:
Once your order is confirmed, we have already started processing it. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel it, add or remove items from your purchase once the process has been completed. However, you can return items you do not want as long as you comply with the return deadlines.
